The basic strategy is to drop pokemon in the discard pile to boost Nidoqueen

Remove the 2 Sableye for a Nidoqueen d and a Nidoking d.
Add a Holon's Castform.

You don't need Fearow.

Nidoqueen d is a superior searcher in almost every way. (except for the fact that she's a stage 2...)
