If it isn't legally available, then how can you get it?

Legally available yet, I assume. A lot of things take time for them to be legally available—Celebi for example, with that mobile adaptor thing (which apparantly flopped).

Actually, that's incorrect. Celebi was only available to Japan for a limited time for those who had the phone adapter. It didn't flop, it just stopped being supported once Nintendo moved on to the Game Boy Advance.

The way to get the Aurora Ticket is still unknown, since Japan doesn't have a way to get it in their games yet without either hacking or cheating.

Oooo...i smell another Pokemon tour. Usually, thats how they did it. When they gave away Mew and Celebi, didnt they have a Pokemon tour?

Mew, yes. Celebi..eh. They gave Celebi away at Six Flags and the Pokémon Center. That was about it. They haven't done a tour since they were showing off Pokémon Stadium before it came out. I can guarantee you the Aurora Ticket will be an e-Reader card, just like the Eon Ticket since it requires that scan to activate the event. Simply being given the ticket won't have the game recognize that you have the required item (exactly like having a GS Ball in your possession in Crystal and the Eon Ticket in RuSa).

OMG, while surfing around, Deoxys is the most unusual Pokemon yet... depending on which version you catch it in.....

Looks like once I get it, I will be doing some trading over.... this is defenitely the most interesting Pokemon ever.... I hope LG defenses are high enough to turn it into an uuberffett.... I mean, Recover, Spikes Mirror Coat and Counter, Cosmic Power, Night Shade... that so rocks over learnable moves by Woobers.... to bad no Encore or I would just Encore, Recover, Counter, Coat

Looks like trading it to LG/RuSa at 40 for Recover, and FR/RuSa at 35 to get Cosmic Power (Why waste 2 slots when this does both?) will be done alot....
