Aerodactyl uses Devolution Ray on a Stage 1 with Luxurious Cape attached.
If the Stage 1 Pokémon has enough HP to survive the attack, but the Basic form doesn't (even with Cape), it is Knocked Out.
Does the player with Aerodactyl take an extra Prize Card?
Furthermore, if the Stage 1 doesn't have enough HP, but is still devolved because of the effect of Devolution Ray, does the Aerodactyl player take an extra Prize Card?
