ive been itching to collect them since i had the games imported =]

August 22nd I believe is the official European release date.

unofficially it is everywhere in the UK, probably true on the continent too .

Exactly. Not disimilar to the "D/P DS game release". I saw certainly a few DSs with the game at the UK Nats. <3 Adam Hawkins and Chris McGivern. So I bought a region-free game from a shop rather than waiting to buy a region free game from a shop.

Nintendo is really bad when it comes to realising release dates of products available elsewhere don't exactly count. Maybe for the masses but not for the elitists.
