Hi, I have a question about disruptive hand shuffling. Its player As turn, while thinking of plays ect player B keeps loudly and aggressively hand shuffling to the point that player A can not concentrate. Would this be something a judge could issue a warning for? And if it continued post warning would a game loss be issued?

Well, I'd be hard pressed to see something like this ever escalating to a Game Loss!
However, a player could ask a Judge to instruct the player to calm down if they are being disruptive. They would have to judge if they are being disruptive or if the original player is being over sensitive.
Moving this to the Judges forum for others to give input since this isn't a card or game ruling.
