Ditto and Energy Gain

Situation:
I have an active Ditto[LA] with 1 Multi energy attached, my opponent has a Luxray GL Lv.X with 1 lightning energy and 1 energy gain attached.

My question:
Is Ditto able to use Flash Impact or even Bite, due to Ditto DNA?

I would assume so due to Energy Gains wording meaning ditto would see it as 1 energy instead of 2.

Ditto does not copy effects that are on the Pokemon.
It does not get the benefit of the Energy Gain on the other Pokemon.
