Does Sceptile's Wild Growth provide Tangrowth +20 or +10 for each basic grass energy?

I believe it says, Sceptile will allow it to do 20 damage.

on the english tangrowth it says for each basic energy card.

Sceptile gives you 2 Energy on 1 Energy Card. Thus making it not work in English.

So, Does Sceptile give +10 to Tangrowth or is it just One.

Power Whip
Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. This attack does 10 damage for each Energy from basic Energy cards attached to Tangrowth to that Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

It would do 20 damage for 1 basic Grass Energy attached to Tangrowth, with Sceptile's Wild Growth in play.
