I hate to say it, but I personally believe all persons involved in this incident should have been temporarily banned and TPCI should have taken more time to review each person's role in this incident and then the higher ups come up with an unbiased conclusion.

I do believe it was unfair that just Gino got the brunt of everything, but in no way am I supporting him or anyone's side. I know all of them were top players and that is part of the problem. This is the pokemon version of politics and I see everyone trying to cover their own butt.

It does appear a little bit unprofessional for Gino to be playing the victim like this and raising a scene, and after reading all 10 pages I am unsure whose side to believe. It's really a shame something like this happened, and it just looks really bad on the pokemon company and the players involved no matter how you slice it.

But regardless, I suppose now would be a good time to reconsider what you are planning to do for the rest of your life, since pokemon will not be one of your pursuits Gino. Make your life a good one. Learn from this last year and grow as a person - don't make it define you. Good luck to you.

Well put. But I think Gino will be back. If TPCI would allow the Candian National Champion who cheated on camera to play in Worlds, over time they will let Gino back in. It is a business and Gino is a customer.
