Unlimited Dragon Stompy (Base Set-Neo Destiny)

This is the deck I wish I had played back in my League days, rather than Scott Gerhardt's Sponge. You want to use Neo Revelation Entei's Howl ability to turn Charizard into a viable attacker. This was done in the tournament scene with Entei and Neo Revelation Magcargo; this build is more focused on making Charizard a good beater. I've included Trainers that protect Charizard and refill the deck: Time Machine, Recall and Gold Berry.

Erika: I draw 3, and my opponent draws 3
Bill: Draw 2; at this time, Bill is not a Supporter
Recall: I may use an attack from my Stage 1 or Basic pokemon
Eco Gym: If an attack or trainer discards my pokemon's basic energy, I can return that energy to my hand
Time Machine: My opponent and I can shuffle up to 5 basic pokemon/evolved pokemon/energy cards from the discard pile into the deck.

Time Machine keeps Entei's power going, while I've got Scoop Up to be used with Entei as a source of further Howling. The name refers to the nature of the deck; you can get setup that lets you hurry out a fully charged Charizard...or you utterly fail. It is one of the more fun glass canons I've played.

This deck could be more consistent with Dark Dragonair (Team Rocket) and maybe Dark Dragonite (Team Rocket) wouldn't be a bad tech! You can also try adding in Pokemon Breeder. I'm thinking Arcanine (Legendary Collection) would make a better replacement than Charizard, but obviously Magcargo (Neo Revelation) is better than both. That would free up the Recall space. I like Nightly Garbage Run with Professor Elm a little better than Time Capsule. There's not much Energy Removal in Rocket - Neo Destiny, but you could opt-in for Chaos Gym over Ecogym. You could be using Recycle Energy for Charizard's attack. Is Computer Search legal Rocket - Neo Destiny? I don't think Bill is legal either. If you keep the Charizard, you've got Entei already, you won't really need Charmeleon.
