This is a deck that I was thinking about the whole drive back from Nats.

    4-2-4 Luxray
    2-1-2 Dusknoir
    2-2 Claydol
    1 Chatot

    4 DRE
    2 Scramble
    9 Lightning

    4 Rare Candy
    4 Rosseanes
    4 Master Ball
    4 BeBe's
    4 SSU
    2 Windstorm
    3 Steven's

Use Luxray's power to force your opponent to play a bench pokemon and then switch it with their active. Then you can Dark Palm to shuffle what ever the biggest threat is into their deck. Luxray's attack is actually good if you have 2 in play. That way you just keep trading the energy between them, and if your opponent KO's one, you still have your energy in play.

I had an idea much like this. The only problem is there isn't a particularly good attacker.

True, the only good attacker is Dusknoir because it's capable to do decent damage continiously.
Dusknoir is completeley blocked by Unown G which is'nt that played that much.

But Luxray's attack is only good in :lighting: decks since it requires 4 :lightning energy to attack and it's effect.

Play Wager, once they find out what you're doing they'll just put all of their basics on the bench immediately or put them back with claydol. Another thing you might wanna think about is putting in a Mew ex from HP, to see if they have a basic before you do anything.
