Alright, question time...

Essentially, this is asking about two different mechanics, Swift and bench damage, and how they interact with Electrode SF...

First off, does an attack like Swift (See Electrode SF for example) trigger Electrode's Radience?
From Card said:
Poke Body: Radience: If Electrode is your active pokemon and is damaged by an opponent's attack (even if Electrode is knocked out), put 1 damage counter on each of your opponent's pokemon.

Swift (actual damage not important) : This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies, or any other effects on the defending pokemon.

If Electrode is damaged by an attack like Swift, which states to ignore effects on the defending pokemon, will Electrode's Low Current paralyze the defending pokemon?

Low Current: If Electrode was damaged by an attack during your opponent's last turn, the Defending Pokemon is now paralyzed

Finally, say we have an Electrode on the bench. A prinplup (or anything similar really) uses Aqua Shower to place a damage counter on all pokemon, including Electrode. If Electrode comes active, can it paralyze the Prinplup due to being damaged, despite being on the bench?
On a similar note, would Electrode that switches for another pokemon and is then warp pointed to be active again be able to paralyze with Low Current?

Swift is only referring to effects that would impact how much damage it does, not what happens later.
In both cases, Swift and Aqua Shower, Electrode would get the benefit of Radiance.
