NO you shoud keep it simple, omastar's power can only be used ONCE. Therefore I suggest

4-3-4 Empoleon MD with maybe 1 DP
1-0-1 Omastar
1-0-1 Dusknoir (you might just want to use omastar
2-2 Claydol
(don't think Aerodactyl is worth it)

4 roseanne's
4 Rare candies
4 TGW (if you pull off ancient spiral/winning Wager you basically win the game)
 
I think aerodatyl is worth it doing 20 for a power really hurts like for firstarter energy draw comisc power .
Also it helps to spread the damage. Think about your going to take damage if you do it. its like cu rsed stone in a way.

Question can you only use aerodactyls power once a turn duri9ng your opponents turn?

Ok then... play Super Scoop Up then. obviously you want to stay ahead so your going too want to use more than 1 Omastar too pull off more than 1 Ancient Spiral

IMO, i like Empoleonperson's list the best, but -1 Empo and +1 Empo Lv.X
 
Empoleon lv X isn't that good. I mean, you keep their hand down by 2 cards. Wow. Then you can snipe for 80 and pretty much forfeit your next turn. Wow. That's not real good if you ask me...

No, it's once as in the one time that Omastar hits the field. If Omastar leaves the field somehow, and hits the table again, you get to use it's power once again.

All "Coming into play" powers work like that.

And Empoleon LV.X not being good is silly. People thought Absol was good; Empoleon removes as many cards as Absol, but ALWAYS gets rid of two. AND it doesn't use up the attack of the turn AND is useable on the bench.

Empoleon's easy to give free retreat, so being able to knock out basically every stage 1 in the game is important (Claydol, active Magmortar, Delcatty, Porygon2, evolution cards, etc.). Especially since there's no energy discard unlike Magmortar.

Worth 2 copies though..? Eh, Iono. -4 cards from the opponent's hand every turn is nice, but you then sacrifice a bit of consistency, and lose the space for the Banette Slaughterer of Empoleon DP. It seems like 1 Empoleon DP, 2 Empoleon MD, and 1 Empoleon LV.X distributes the four slots the best way. :/
 
Only need 1...the point of the deck is to attack with Empoleon after all, not to set up the Lv. X. Taking cards out of your opponent's hand late game is devastating. And Hydro Impact isn't all that great so you should really only use the Lv. X for the power, and that's why you only need 1 copy.
 
Play Empoleon MD possibly with Gardevoir SW so Duskinoir DP can't get rid of your possible full bench. Also Omastar MD will be another great tech.

noooo gardevoir isnt comboed with gardy, its comboed with OMASTAR. the deck is ridiculous and im like 15-1 with it

QTF. Why would Gardevoir work with Gardy?

Anyways, Alakazam would make a better friend then Garde. It wouldn't sacrifice your attack. You'd probably play Claydol anyways to recover cards in hand. It'll give you more flexibility on when you allow powers and when you cancel them as opposed to Gardevoir. The only problems I see are...
1) only 100 HP (Magmortar Snipeable)
2) What are you going to discard? Not a fire starter deck...

But besides that, it's probably not a bad tech at all. Stops all Telepasses, no matter how many Gardes are out. Not Psychic Lock-able. Stops Dark Palms unless your opponent wants to play multiple Dusknoirs (rather rare). Stops Claydol (since most people don't use two at a time). Stops Omastar in its tracks. Heck, you can't even Lati-lock to get rid of that block.
 
I think it combos VERY well with Glacion Lv. X, like in MY deck list I posted a Few weeks back!!! They work so well together, Great damage spread, and ability to stop powers while active is great in my opinion to Combo with Empo!!
 
I understand this Empo is Great, atleast in My opinion. I dont understand what is wrong with the DP one, it is Still Very playable. I mean, I use him in Lots of decks, he can still beat G/G, if you run a few WPs, I run 4. I run him all kinds of ways, Aggro or Starter, either way he doesnt disappoint!!! I just dont see why everyone thinks the DP Empo is dead, he is still the BEST water type, and DP5 Empo, will only raise him higher. Hail to the Penguin Alliance!!!
 
I truly don't get you mca3. Why use the DP empoleon when the MD one outclasses it in everything??
There is no reason to.
 
Because the DP one DOES have a solid attack that has no way of backfiring, and the sideeffect is only positive, never negative.
That said, the MD Empoleon is still grand.
 
I am going to run both, dude!!! How can you NOT get me, I mean I have played Empo since I started playing, and I know how to use him. The NEW one is SO Beast, but it only works to OHKO pokemon Mid-Late game with Surf together and a FULL bench OR to start Early spreading Damage with Dual Splash. I like BOTH Empoleons Very Well, and I mean they BOTH work very well together, I mean the New DP5 Empo can work well on its own, but I think Empo Dp will add Salt to the wound if you will, meaning it helps your strategy!!!

Besides, I dont really like damaging my OWN bench, but that isnt a problem when I build that Empo/Glacion Lv. X deck, because the Vaporeon tech will heal my bench after a UNsuccesful coin flip!!!
