strategy: set up with phione call energy and rare candies then start spreading damage all over the place with empoleon and bronzong, late game omastar for the win.

Quick ball wont help you that much. I recommend swapping it for something entirely different or master/dusk balls.
Also, I see you are using phione. Still, 3 stage 1s is a lot when you are still running 4 candies. I recommend swapping out a prinplup for something.

tl;dr : -1 prinplup, -2 quick ball
+ 2 dusk ball + 1 POV (or other straight draw)

thanks for the help i dropped the quickballs not quite sure about dropping prinplup but i dropped it for a professor rowan.

thanks for noticing i had the wrong fossil's, The deck is for next format or whatever its called, with dp and on but i fixed the fossils and dropped a phione for a chatot, any other suggestions?
