Energy Disrpution

I am trying to make an Energy Disruption Deck and could use some help or ideas.

The cards that come to mind are Roserade (SF), Vaperon (LA), Ambipom (MT), Victreebel, and of course Aridos if you wanted to prevent retreating.

It would make sense to pair with Electivire LvX

Is this too unreliable and flippy mechanic?

Anyone had any success?

What are your thoughts?

I dunno I was lookin at the City Champ decks and some guy won with a Palkia/Roserade deck
