    10 Water Energy
    4 Psychic Energy
    4 Boost Energy

    4 Wally's Training
    3 Net Search
    3 Energy Search
    2 Town Volunteers
    4 Oak's Research
    4 Master Ball

    I 'dunno, just another one of those ideas...

    First, you may find Boost Energy helpful for Azumarill, since it gives you 3 flips for Max Bubbles. Second, I think you can afford to lower the Psychic Energy count -- Xatu only needs PC for its attack, which you probably won't use often in the first place. Trainer engine is... ALL SUPPORTERS?! Slow down there -- or actually, speed up -- that number of Supporters is gonna give you a major slowdown.

    Prolly should do 2/1 on Linoone, 2 from RuSa, 1 from SS. I know it doesnt fit the "free retreat" theme, but its first attack can help speed your deck well enough......

    As far as 3 Energy Search??? I dont find that card to helpfull in this deck, except for an emergancy energy.... why not 1 Fisherman (or Energy Restorer if you dont want a Supporter here), and 2 other trainers. Something like Switch/Warp Point for disruption and just in case if you cant attack.... Or Potions/Moo-moo for extra healing, or Fast Balls for Evolution help....... just a few ideas....
