I have "Team Aqua Schemer", a common, # 69
"Team Magma Schemer", also common, #70
Then "Archie", an uncommon, #71, and the rest of the trainer cards,
(the last one I have is Warp Point, #85 uncommon).

First time I've seen the commons come before the uncommons in the "body" of the card set.

Trainers always come after common Pokemon, even if they're rare or uncommon.
The only exceptions are if they're holo, and sometimes not even then.

68 Team Magma's Rhyhorn (common)
69 Team Aqua Schemer (common)
70 Team Magma Schemer (common)
71 Archie (uncommon)
72 Dual Ball (uncommon)
73 Maxie (uncommon)
74 Strength Charm (uncommon)
75 Team Aqua Ball (uncommon)
76 Team Aqua Belt (uncommon)
77 Team Aqua Conspirator (uncommon)
78 Team Aqua Hideout (uncommon)
79 TA Technical Machine 01 (uncommon)
80 Team Magma Ball (uncommon)
81 TM Belt (uncommon)
82 Team Magma Conspirator (uncommmon)
83 TM Hideout (uncommon)
84 TM Technical Machine 01 (uncommon)
85 Warp Point (uncommon)

Unless the Schemer's were supposed to be Rares and were changed?

Oh, those are Trainers?
In that case, it is odd.

And the uncommon Aqua/Magma Energies come before the rare Double Rainbow Energy.

(AE/ME are listed on zeo as rares, but are actually uncommon)

I'm the one that processed the expansion list for Zeo... the list we received didn't have any rarity listed... it was just card numbers and card titles. Judging from the way the alphabetical order worked and from the way previous sets where designed, it left me to assume those two would be more rare than the trainers following it. The reason why I labeled them more-rare than... anyways, I'm aware of the problem since I started opening my swag from the pr, it has been changed and will be uploaded with the next fix.
