At a glance.

Politoed should probably be Quiet in order to maximize the chance that your weather is the one that is up, and hold a Water Gem instead of a Metronome, or maybe a Sitrus Berry.

Kingdra should have Surf over Muddy Water. The accuracy drop really isn't worth the chance you'll lower their accuracy.

Thundurus should be Timid.

What's Ludicolo's nature?

Cloyster should be Adamant/Jolly, and Rapid Spin is useless in doubles, really.

Toxicroak should be Adamant/Jolly
 
Going to tell you right now, your EV spreads have no thought to them. You got lazy and did the 252/252/4 on everything. You need to have a goal on what you are going to outspeed or what you need to live through. Also, when looking at your team I can tell you have been playing/reading on singles battles (see also rapid spin on cloyster). VGC is doubles and most games last around 8-10 rounds with ZERO time for entry hazards. You need to seriously change your mindset when playing doubles.

My biggest advice - change your EV spreads. Put in some effort - get away from everything running 252/252/4.

1) All I saw was you quoting your OP followed by "17 characters". Sure looks like bumping to me since you weren't adding to the process.
2) Not a Moderator buddy. I resigned months ago.
3) They look MUCH better now. I would add some insight to the EVs on each pokemon as to what your goals are with them (What it survives, what is outspeeds, etc) so people can critique them without a calculator. But all in all good job.
