The strategy is simple:
Use Wigglytuff and Xatu to do the defending pokemon asleep and then attack with Gliscor for 80 DMG.
Groudon is for big damage early and late and energy accelerator.

Gligar LV.19 – Fighting – HP60
Basic Pokemon

[.] Light Poison: 10 damage. Flip a coin, if tails this attack fails. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Poisoned.
[F] Leap Out: 10 damage. Flip a coin, if heads this attack does an additional 10 damage.

Weakness: Water (+10)
Resistance: Fighting (-20)
Retreat: 1

Gliscor LV.42 – Fighting – HP80
Stage 1 – Evolves from Gligar

[.] Burning Poison: Choose either Poisoned or Burned, and the Defending Pokemon is now affected by that Special Condition. You may return Gliscor and all cards attached to it to your hand.
[F][C] Chase: 40 damage. If the Defending Pokemon is affected by a Special Condition, this attack does an additional 40 damage.

Weakness: Water (+20)
Resistance: Fighting (-20)
Retreat: 1

Metagross LV.58 – Steel – HP120
Stage 2 – Evolves from Metang

Poke-Power: Magnetic Reversal
You can use this Power once during your turn. Flip a coin, if heads choose 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon and switch it with your opponent's Active Pokemon. This Power can't be used if this Pokemon is affected by a Special Condition.

[M][C][C] Meteor Mash: 50 damage. If Metagross uses Meteor Mash during your next turn, the base damage is 100 instead of 50.

Weakness: Fire (+30)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 3

Gliscor LV.X - Fighting - HP110
Level-up

Poke-Power: Speed Poison
You can use this Power once, when you play this card from your hand to Level-up a Pokemon. 1 of the opponent's Active Pokemon is now Poisoned and Paralyzed.

[F][C] Night Slash: 60 damage. You may switch Gliscor with one of your Benched Pokemon.

Weakness: Water (x2)
Resistance: Fighting (-20)

There are ways to get out of sleep, so paralyze helps.

You are quite vulnerable to tricks such as Dusknoir. But yes, this is an interesting build.
But what are you going to do when the opposition pulls an Alakazam or something silly like that? Its quite easy to put a hold to this deck, and Gliscors mediocre HP doesn't help.

But alakazam is almost the only pokemon to shut powers off and its not many players in sweden who plays alakazam

- Gliscor
+ Gliscor Lv.X

You must have this car d in the deck. Also a 1-0-1 Metagross line wouldnt hurt you get the Spider trap like effect.

Deck Edited:

+4 call energy
-1 gliscor
+1 gliscor LV.X
-2 Groudon
+1 beldum
+1 metagross
