    Pokemon (24):
    4x Celebi
    4x Exeggcute
    4x Exeggutor
    4x Bublasaur
    2x Ivysaur
    4x Venusaur
    1x Feebas
    1x Milotic

    Energy (14):
    12x Grass Energy
    2x Boost Energy

    Trainers (22):
    2x Scott
    3x Castaway
    4x Celio's Network
    2x Holon Mentor
    3x Crystal Beach
    2x Team Galactic's Wager
    1x Strength Charm
    1x Cessation Crystal
    1x Buffer Piece
    3x Rare Candy

    Strategy:
Use Celebi to get out your [G] Energy and spread them to your Pokemon. Eggs can get out Energy and attack for major damage. Venusaur's damage increases thanks to Celebi and Eggs, and Boost increases the damage of Venusaur by 30. Milotic is used to counter the Scottaway engine, allowing me to use an extra Scott/Castaway/Supporter every turn. This deck uses the Scottaway engine to get Supporters, Stadiums, and Energy fast. Crystal Beach makes the opponent play basic Energy rather than Specialo, for Exeggutor.

    Well, any advice?

What's the strategy for this deck? Anyway, here is what I would change:
    -1 feebas
    -1 milotic
    -2 galactic's wager
    -3 crystal beach
    -1 exegcutor

    +3 battle frontier
    +4 rare candy
    +1 grass energy

Feebas and Milotic are important in this format.
    TGW is for hand disruption.
Crystal Beach is to help Eggs.
    I don't need Battle Frontier.
I edited the list with Rare Candy.
I have Castaway and enough [G] Energy.

Ok. The reason I put in battle frontier is to counter opponent's stadiums but if crystal beach helps your strategy more than that's fine. My only question is, why use the boost energy? I think you may want to switch them out for more grass unless there is a specific reason why you have them in your deck.

Venusaur would get to use Boost as 3 Grass Energy, unless I need to play Crystal Beach.
