So, I'm not what you would call a noob in the TCG stuff, but I've never played organized stuff (there's nothing in Canada, at least where I am). Also, I'm not very up to date on the cards. Anything from NV onwards and I'm lost. I do know about the more popular cards (Regigigas EX, Mewtwo EX, etc.), but I don't really have access to them. Also, with this deck, keep in mind that I like to play by the rule that I am permitted to have 2 Eevee in my deck for every one 'Eeveelution'.
Here's my deck:
*POKEMON*
x1 Eevee 69/113
x3 Eevee 56/95
x4 Eevee 48/90
x1 Eevee 47/90
x1 Eevee 59/111 (I'd really like to have some more of this one, it's Signs of Evolution is really helpful...)
x2 Jolteon 26/111
x1 Vaporeon 34/111
X1 Flareon 19/111
x1 Espeon 4/95
x1 Umbreon 32/100
x1 Umbreon 86/90 *PRIME*
x1 Glaceon 41/111
x1 Leafeon 45/111
x1 Tropius 22/90 (I got it for the Fresh-Picked Fruit thing, I'm going to switch it for an Espeon Prime)
*ENERGY*
x4 Fire Energy
x5 Lightning Energy
x7 Psychic Energy
x4 Dark Energy (I've got a couple of Darkness Energy cards, but they're decked in another deck)
x4 Grass Energy
x4 Water Energy
x1 Double Colorless Energy 103/123
x1 Double Rainbow Energy 88/100
x1 Multi Energy 118/123
x2 Rainbow Energy 104/123
*TRAINERS*
x1 Moomoo Milk 94/123
x1 Energy Recycle System 81/115
x1 Pokemon Communication 27/30 (from one of the 30 card decks I bought when I was just starting)
x1 Potion 101/112 (I'll switch this for a BW one, but I don't really think it matters...)
x1 Luxury Ball 86/100
x1 Technical Machine TS-1 136/146
x1 Pokemon Collector 27/30 (again, another card from the 30 card decks)
I am aware that this deck isn't as good as it could be, but it does cover almost all possible weak spots (that's not what I was thinking when I made the deck). I would like to keep the 'theme' of the deck to be Eevee and its evolutions.
Essencially, my strategy is to get out as many 'Eeveelutions' with the Undeveolp PokePower as quick as possible. Then, from there, I can just keep switching evolutions because of that PokePower. Espeon helps move damage to my opponent, and Umbreon makes it so that all my Pokemon have a 0 Retreat cost and have no Weakness. If I need some more damage/Special Conditions, that's what the other evolutions are for. Comments?

I'm in a small town in BC. I already looked around a bit. There's stuff in Vancouver, Victoria, Prince George, and other large towns, but I'm too far away to go to them.
