Try using Muk ex and Roselia in a deck. Muk ex OHKO's Gardy ex and Kingdra ex, and It shuts down their powers. I'll polt a possible deck:

    Pokemon: 16
    4 Grimer
    4 Muk ex
    4 Roselia
    4 Wobbuffet

    Trainers: 26
    4 Professor Oak's Research
    3 Warp Point
    3 Switch
    3 Oran Berry
    3 Shaman/Copycat
    3 Fast Ball
2 Low Pressure System (Prevents OHKO from Wobbuffet)
    1 Town Volunteers
    3 Seer
    1 Fisherman

    Energy: 18
    14 Grass
    4 Rainbow/Multi/Psychic

    Hope I helped!

Warning, you may get this topic locked, but another idea is Sceptile Tech. Not really supposed to post in this forum asking for us to build you a deck. The best thing you can do is look through decks already posted here, there are hundreds I know, but look for mostly grass decks, since both EX's are weak to it. Sceptile and Muk EX are both good (prolly the best) choices. For future reference, post these questions in the single card furom. Then when you have a deck built, post here so you can get advice, critique, suggestions on the deck....

Sorry but this is neither a deck nor a deck discussion so it gets locked.
