    Ho-oh LV.X :fire: HP 120

    :ppowr: RAINBOW PILE
Once during your turn (before you attack), if Ho-oh LV.X is your active pokemon, you may search your discard pile for a basic energy card and attch to one of your benched pokemon. You can use more than 1 RAINBOW PILE Poke-Power per turn. Yous can't use this power if Ho-oh LV.X is affected by any special condition.

    :colorless:colorless:colorless RAINBOW STREAM 20X
Serach your discard pile up to 5 different basic energy cards and shuufle in to your deck. This attacj does 20 times the number of basic energy cards shuffle into your deck in this way.

    Weakness :lightning+30
    Resistance :fighting:-30
    Retreat Cost :colorless

Changing the weakness isnt bad, but make it x2

    Its power is completely broken.
Maybe make it so that it only works when its active?

it is only when its the active. its not that broken because its just like a firestarter. except any energy.

yeah it's weakness needs to be :water: x2. It would be dumb for the original form to be :water: x2, but for the Lv. X to be just :lightning: +30.
