I'm kind of new to VGC play but its my understanding that you cant use transferred pokemon in xy competitive play it has to be caught or bred in xy. How is Draco Meteor Salemence legal if thats the case seeing as Draco Meteor is a Black/White 2 tutor move and its also my understanding that you can't breed tutor moves if its not an egg move??? and how would i be able to get one for ORAS?
