How to add "custom" pokemon to B/W2

Hello all,

I was wondering if there is a program to add certain pokemon to a B/W2, such as event pokemon. Even though I was not able to participate in all of the events, I still have interest in the event pokemon themselves. As opposed to trading for them legitimately, Is there a program that lets you add pokemon such as event-limited ones to black and white 2? I've looked around for such a program but cannot find something that quite does this.
