I can't chat on PTCGO, can someone help me?

Hello, and thank you for coming to this post. I have been Pokémon Trading Card Game Online for a bit now, and I see that I do not have access to the chat. I have tried DMoCTTA's method:

Hi there. When you create your trainer account you have an option for chat settings. By your description you must have put one of the "limited" settings for the game.

Steps to fix:
1.) Go to the main pokemon website
2.) Log into your trainer account
3.) Go to your trainer account settings page.
4.) Go to "Pokemon TCG Online Settings"
5.) Change Social Preferences from "Limited" to "Open"

I always change my settings to "open" and then submit it, but it always results back into "Limited"! Could someone tell me why this has been happening?
