Holon Mentor? Say hi to Pachirisu. Makes your set up loads easier, and gets rid of Cessation Crystals whenever you need them to be removed. Seems more then a tad important to me.

4 TV Reporter and 4 Oak's Visit at the same time seems... Chaotic. Try some non-supporters to help you get pokemon out earlier, rather then waiting forever to use a supporter. If you don't want to risk mess ups from Balls, try a Scott Engine w/ Porygon 2. That'll help you get out the Phoebe's Stadiums as well. No need for Porygon Z, really. Just a 2-2 line of Porygon 2 should work wonders.
You shouldn't have more then 3 Weezing out realisically anyways, so a Porygon 2 to help setup shouldn't ruin you too badly (though it's loads safer just to input some trainers like Pokedex and Nav instead)
