Strategy: Make them switch with Poison Rub, then snipe their big guys with empoleon. Claydol for a little extra speed, and Mantine to give Empoleon a free retreat. Also, Mantike starts can be ok.

Your list looks pretty solid after that, however, if you are using WP maybe you want to take out the Phoebe's Stadium for something esle.

i ran into this deck at georgia states
i played gg and won
its a good idea but the two share no synergy
i see where you would think its works but lack of working together keeps this deck from winning
