The point is to use Celebi to power up Exeggcute, Exeggutor , or Blissy for there attacks.
Exeggcute:
Direct-hit bomb.
For every enegry attached to it flip a coin and for each heads put 10 damage.
Exeggutor:
String Bomb
For every energry attached to it and the defending Pokemon flip a coin and for each heads it x30.
Blisset:
Happy Chance 20+
Does 20 plus 10 for each energy attached to blissey.
Befor doing damage you may search ypur discard pile for a basic energy card and attach it to Blissey.

Garchomp is unneccecary. Without Rare Candy, and only 2-2-1, you'll never get to use it, and you only have two Energy types for it.
