These are some cards I some months ago, when I was bored. I made some of them a lot better than the real versions, because I'm bored of Colorless Pokémon being so bad.

    ----------
    Spearow Lv. 11 – Colorless – HP50
    Basic

    :colorless Peck – 10 damage
:colorless:colorless Triple Peck – 10 damage. Flip 2 coins. This attack does 10 + 10 damage for each heads.
    Weakness: :lightning +10
    Resistance: :fighting: -20
    Retreat: 1
    ----------
    Fearow Lv. 38 – Colorless – HP80
    Stage 1

:colorless Fury Attack – Flip 4 coins. This attack does 10 damage for each heads.
:colorless:colorless:colorless:colorless Breaking Peck – 70 damage. Discard a Special energy card attached to the Defending Pokémon.
    Weakness: :lightning +20
    Resistance: :fighting: -20
    Retreat: 0
    ----------
    Snubull Lv. 13 – Colorless – HP60
    Basic

:colorless Dig – Turn your Discard Pile upside-down, and shuffle it. Then, draw the top card of the Discard Pile. Flip the Discard Pile over again.
:colorless Bite – 10 damage. Flip a coin. If heads, discard a Basic energy card attached to the defending Pokémon.
    Weakness: :fighting: +10
    Resistance: None
    Retreat: 1
    -----------
    Granbull Lv. 43 – Colorless – HP90
    Stage 1

:ppowr: – Last hook. Once during your turn, if Granbull is your Active Pokémon and has 10 HP left, you may put 2 damage counters at your opponents Active Pokémon. This power can’t be used if Granbull is affected by a Special Condition.
    :colorless:colorless:colorless Drawing Bite – 50 damage. Draw a card.
    Weakness: :fighting: +20
    Resistance: None
    Retreat: 2
    ----------

I agree, Pokemon (unlike other card games.) Makes so you have to focus your attention on only one of two lines of pokemon... Because of this, large colorless pokemon aren't really as splashable as one may think.

    Slakoth Lv.14 :colorless 60HP
    Basic pokemon
    (*) Lazy Search
Look at the bottom two cards of your deck, choose one of those cards and add it to your hand.
    :colorless Slack Off 40
At the end of your opponent's next turn, Slakoth is asleep.
    Weakness: :fighting: +20
    Resistance: None
    Retreat Cost: :colorless

    Vigoroth Lv.27 :colorless 90HP
    Evolves from Slakoth
    :pbody: Untamed Fury
If Vigoroth has 40 or less HP left, all attacks done by Vigoroth do 30 more damage.
    :colorless Fury Swipes 10x
Flip five coins, this attack does 10 damage times the amount of heads.
    Weakness: :fighting: +30
    Resistance: None
    Retreat Cost:

    Slaking Lv.53 :colorless 140HP
    Evolves from Vigoroth
    :pbody: Damage Motivation
Slaking can't attack unless it was damaged or had damage counter put on it during your opponent's last turn.
    :colorless:colorless Body Slam 60
Flip a coin, if heads the defending pokemon is now paralyzed.
    :colorless:colorless:colorless:colorless Royal Punishment 120
Slaking can't use Royal Punishment during your next turn.
    Weakness: :fighting: +40
    Resistance: None
    Retreat Cost: :colorless:colorless:colorless
