I was just wondering because you said you can play promos, but they're all rares :L

there some cards which got reprints but the reprints are somewhat different
(example: reprint devolution spray is uncommon , but old devolution spray is rare. old bill trainer but HS bill is supporter)

Do we use the newest print?

The answer to that would be no because they are not Commons or Uncommons. Is that correct Vegeta?
