I can't connect to google or gMail from anywhere on my network. Is it just me?
google always works for me. just used it right now.
Very, very weird. I assumed they'd have everything backed and synced a million times.
Probably just a problem with your computer or your area or something cause I used it just recently and it worked fine for me aswell.
I have tried connecting on three different computers and two different networks. Very very weird.
I just got on it which means its something on your end.
It works for me. Could it have anything to do with your firewall?
I called brighthouse and they said that it was a network wide problem, but wouldn't tell me specifics.
When I think about the question, it seems ridiculous. Of course google wasn't down, but I couldn't figure out anything that would block ONLY that on MY end.
It would be nearly impossible for Google to be down... they have like 5 copies of their cached data, and like a zillion data server farms across the world (actually they have spare capacity for future growth).
I'm pretty sure if google went down, the whole world wouold go down with it.
Do not listen to this man.
Google going offline is a sign of the apocalypse.
Actually Google for everything.
Seriously and it's not one with a business can change their email in an instant!
Yahoo offers Geocities. Geocities is a blight upon the interwebs.
Thus, Google > Yahoo.
Google is better than Yahoo.
End of Story
Wikipedia is better than google and yahoo combined
