Is this a good deal? Large vintage collection for sale locally

Hi there,

I'm fairly new to collecting and mostly have modern cards, but I'm interested in collecting more vintage cards and have found a collection for sale in my area. I'm not sure if this is a good deal and would appreciate others opinions on this.

The cards are apparently all NM/mint with a few exceptions, and can be viewed in person

I always suggest checking Virbank City Pokemart (private FB group you have to join) or ask Charlie Hurlocker (a great guy who collects extensively) when asking for prices. Our own BJJ usually suggests comparing prices on TCGPlayer.com or Troll and Toad's buy price for current market prices. As always, be completely sure of the condition of all the cards before you would purchase and use safe buying practices so you have proof of everything and don't get ripped off.
