Why doesn't Pokemon start selling the episodes and movies on iTunes, they would bring in more cash and I'm sure people would like to have Pokemon episodes on the road and stuff.

I think you can watch free episodes from their websites on your phone. But i dont know because i never tried.

My guess is that the Pokemon website uses Flash, which doesn't work on iDevices.

And, from everything that I've heard, Nintendo considers Apple a major competitor in the mobile gaming space. I can see that, though honestly I don't really believe it...

For the record, movies two and three were on iTunes US, though that was most likely due to action by WB, since both movies disappeared around the 10th anniversary of their theatrical debut (suggesting WB's rights to sell them were expiring).

Probably goes into who actually owns the rights and such, which could be why it's not on there.

But I dunno, with the official Pokedex app now on the App store, at they very least Nintendo is softening its stance some over nothing at all. Sure we'll never see a Mario game or something, but having Pokemon shows/movies for download is a logical move imo, it's not like Nintendo has its own streaming or other service, I don't even think they sell vids on the Wii or 3DS stores do they?
