Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

IV Bragging thread

Question. are these IV's the one when you hatched the egg and then train it to a certain lv.?

If you're asking what IV's are, you've come to the right place, if not, read this anyway.
IV's are a hidden element in the game which can be found using techiniques such as checking the stats and entering the stats into an IV calculator. For example a Pokémon with an IV of 31 in a certain stat will have a stat of let's say: 231.
While the Pokémon with a IV of 0 in that same stat will have a stat of: 200.
There will be a difference of 31. Read up about IV's here or here. Hope this helps.

Inner focus

31/31/31/24/31/4

The speed made we :'(
Fortunately it's a male so I can try again.

@vegitalian- does that even register as being a pokemon?
Don't feel bad, I know what it is like to catch a pokie on a high level and have the IV's look like this:
2/1/5/7/0/2
and it was a Ditto ( most recent, as I am trying to catch one with a 31 IV speed- which I am going to trade one from you here soon anyways)
But- yeah- ya got me beat in having the better worthless IV from the other side of the view....
THANK (insert what you worship/believe/don't believe here) FOR BREEDING!

Caught a Swanna:

Swanna - #581 (Relaxed)
Female (♀)
HP: 16 - 17
Att: 30 - 31
Def: 14 - 15
SpA: 28 - 29
SpD: 10 - 11
Speed: 30 - 31

Larvesta
Timid

Happy enough for my first attempt at an IV bred poke, will probably go for a higher speed one.

I have an Amoongus that I am re-breeding to get the nature and personality, so far:

Relaxed, somewhat vain
8/31/31/31/31/25

Having a hard time getting the breeding to get me:
Sassy, often dozes off
31/31/31/31/31/-- (would like a zero in speed)
but I can not get the IV's to transfer, as the male has the --/31/31/31/31/--, and the female has the 31/--/--/--/--/--
which is holding the everstone as it has the nature I want.....
(the male was the result of mutli Ditto breeds with power items)

In the meantime, gotta Tynamo with 31/31/31/7/31/18, Hardy- capable of taking hits that I am aslo working on.

Hatched some Zorua today.

31/31/30/30/8/30 and naughty

and

31/31/--/--/--/31 also naughty

I'm still debating which to go with though : /

So I was on the GTS just cause, and found aa petilil for a cottonee any. Since I had a ton of cottons left over from breading runs I traded for it.

Turns out it was
x/31/x/31/31/31

Thank you for putting that on the GTS.

You realize that the personality is randomly generated dependent on the IV that is the highest, right?

If you're already in control of your IVs the personality has nothing to do with anything else iirc...

unless they changed it, who knows...

@Garch: Is Lilligant actually decent competitively? That would make me happy, but she doesn't seem like it.

I have a lv 81 Lilligant with:

Ability: Own Tempo

Toxic
Giga Drain
Petal Dance
Aromatherapy

This means Lilligant can use Petal Dance without becoming confused. Lilligant's got pretty good speed as well, Lilligant is faster than about 95% of Pokémon I have battled (including lv 60-75). It might not exactly be really competitive or anything but it can be quite useful.

I know it's useful, I adore it <3, I just wonder if it has competitive use.

@Porii:
Sleep Powder for forcing switches, Quiver Dance is just epic, HP + Energy Ball, try and wring as much type coverage as possible out of it?

Controlling HP is horribly hard though... [being on topic] Anyone have some cool HP breeds? ;p

Drilbur
Adamant
31/31/29/11/31/31

This is getting easy.
