Strategy:

Turn 1:
1. Start out with Chingling
2. Give a sychic: Energy to Nidoran M or F (Whichever is out first)
3. Use Inviting Bell to find Holon Mentor.

Turn 2:

1. Use Holon Mentor and discard a crappy Basic Pokemon to find 2 Nidoran F and 1 more Chingling or Nidoran M.
2. Rare Candy your Nidoran (M or F) to Nidoqueen d or Nidoking.
3. Warp Point Chingling to switch to Nidoking or Nidoqueen.
4. Use Invitation to find Nidorino or Nidorina
5. Give a DRE to Nidoqueen d. Also, Use Vengeance for 30. (DRE Reduces by 10).

Turn 3:

1. Use Phoebe's Stadium and Retreat Nidoqueen d. Discard the DRE.
2. Switch it with Nidoking.
3. Rare Candy 1 Nidoran F to Nidoqueen MT.
4. Give a DRE to Nidoking and use Pride Attack for 50 plus 30 for each heads.
5. Take the middle prize because it can be a card that can help you.

Your turn structure is quite situational. T1 Lati-lock or getting hit with Dragonite EX's Deafen will ruin your day.

Also, I am playing the same deck idea, your hand goes fast, so Steven's Advice rocks as a supporter. Also, drop the Chingling. Stantler does the same thing and he isn't psychic weak, everything else in the deck is. Mawile PK can get supporters now thanks to a compendium ruling, but it costs 1 energy.

Mentor is great, but for space saving, use Roseanne's Research. It only gets 2, but they can be energy if you need it instead. Drop the Castaway, you have no tools anyways, Copycat is awesome, so is Wager if you feel brave, or you just use everything in your hand before you play it. It happens quite a bit actually.

Take out 1 MT queen and put in 1 DF queen.

Also change your king line to a 3-2-3
