    2 Lake Boundary
    2 Windstorm (Mainly as extra anti-Crystal Beach insurance)
    4 Rare Candy
    4 Professor Oak's Visit
    1 Time-Space Distortion
    2 Night Maintainance
    3 Pluspower

    15 Energy:
    4 Scramble Energy
    3 Double Rainbow Energy
    8 Water Energy

    Strategy: Empoleon rushdown. Lapras is the perfect starter for this deck. Empoleon hits a few things, dies, next one comes up. Keep on rushing with them.

    This is a GOOD deck. But you need a tech.
    -2 cess you could get murdered by pachi.
    +1 prinplup you want to spread damage.
