Neeeeeecro. Now that Candy is nerfed, need a new evolution trick. Though how this fits with all these basic LoL Pokemon, I don't even know.

Summoner Spell - Promote

If the Pokemon Summoner Spell - Promote is attached to is your active Pokemon, once during your turn, before you attack, you may discard an energy attached to this Pokemon. If you do, you may search your deck for an evolution card that evolves from one of your benched Pokemon, and place it onto that Pokemon. This counts as evolving that Pokemon.

Oh man, that gave me a great idea. Instead of LvX/EX/Etc., LoL cards could advance with 'Builds', IE Yi could 'Build' into AP Yi, working like the old LvX mechanic. That could allow some crazy decks... Is your opponent running AP Yi, or AD Yi? Tank Singed or AP Singed? Jungle Xin or Bruiser Xin?
