The emp X could help in certain situations. Say you restructure, you throw there main threat to the bench, bring up someone they cant just retreat with, and snipe once for 80, then come next turn, restructure it active, free retreat back to emp and hit it for 70, it better be dead after 80 + 70

Just a thaught. I Have been in love with the Palkisa X's power since i read it the day of release...

Its the same effect that "Double Gust" Provided, except now its a power and not a trainer...

One of my favorite cards/abiities...

Master of Puppets, I would definitely suggest a Premier ball and Empoleon Lv X, after reading some of the other comments. I happen to agree with them..Only issue is Claydol, but thats easily rememdied with your Switch's and if you have the second Palkia X out..

Make one of the Empoleon's a Lv X and take out a Holon WP and add a Premier ball.

Either that, or you could try 7 Water...I have played 7 Water with Emploeon, but that was a different style deck (empoleon/Blissey).

Yeah I've been hearing Palkia x is good So that is really something to add. Why are people saying to take it out?

Possibly because they don't like the attack. But personally...I love the card. Such a disruptive power, even if you dont attack with it...

I'm starting to really become a fan of this idea. I say go with 2 Switch, I don't see Warp Point giving you any huge advantage since you have bench manipulation and bench hitting ability already on your side. I think 4 Scramble and 2 DRE is the way to go personally, but I have a personal distaste for DRE. Try it both ways though and see what you think. I know this is crazy talk and something that probably isn't a worry in our current metagame, but Claydol actually becomes a decent attacker when it covers your lightning weakness as well.

yea palkia's power is really cool. especaily if i have two out, then i have nothing to worry about.

yea, youre right. i think that switch is the way to go over warp point here.

no, not yet, but i will by friday, if not earlier on appr.
in theory it shouldnt have to much of a problem beating mag, G&G, and blissey.
i would say that the matchups with them would be in the 40-60/60-40 ballpark range.

mag is weak to it, especaily if i play lake boundry, which i might. i can also OHKO it if i were to play PP/SC.
gallade cant consistantly ko things, or course, niether can i. but WP will help.
and blissey gets ko'ed in two aqua jet, or whatever its called, same with gallade.

Not a thought but as one of the other Palkia fans, any thought to running 1 or 2 Holon Circles. Palkia could search for it and a lot of people don't have room to run Windstorms anymore (and they bust me at my local NJ league because my only other deck is Electivire and I am probably the only regular player who uses Electivire which eats stadiums for lunch!). With Palkia and Holon Circle, it would buy you at least one extra turn while you charge up your bench, use another trainer, evolve, etc. Any thoughts?

P.S. I checked Research Tower--Holon Circle is still a tournament legal card.
