It might need some work. I hope it's a fun and good deck to play.
4 Solrock GE - For 20 damage it attaches energy to pokemon.
3 Lunatone GE - Helps Solrock with the Energy discard
2-1-2 Swampert GE - Main attacker and moves energy around.
    2-2 Aerodactyl GE - P-Power punisher
2-2 Palkia MD/lv.X - Restructure+Swampert=Like having a Pokemon that can always attack immediatly.

    Total: 20

    2 Fossil Excavator MT/MD
    2 Felicity's
    4 Warp Point
    2 TSD
    1 Night Maintenance
    2 Celio's
    2 Holon Mentor
    2 Windstorm
    3 Rare Candy
    2 Bebe's
    2 Roseanne's

    Total 25

    7 Basic :fighting:
    7 Basic :water:

    Total: 14

-Hope for a LunaSol start while having 2 Energy in your hand or atleast 1 Solrock.
-If you have, put Solrock Active while putting Lunatone on the Bench. Attch a :fighting: to Solrock and use Lunatone's Gravity Change to discard another Energy from the hand and draw a card since Solrock is in play. Then, use Solrock's attack to do 20 damage while attaching an Energy to a Benched Pokemon. (Even if it's Lunatone in case of Stadiums!)
    - While doing that, get Swampert setup ASAP since he is your main attacker/energy supporter.
    - When Solrock is KO'd, get Swampert Active. If not yeet set up, get Furret Active to Keen Eye and Baton Pass your way to Swampert.
    - Wash Out to your victory

How about 2 TSD since I have them anyway..
But what should I take out?

I think its going to be a little hard for the Solrock to serve its purpose of attaching a second energy early because that means you would need to have 2 energy in your hand at all times, one to discard and one to attach for the turn.

Furret shouldnt be played here if you want to optimize your LunaSol start, so those should be taken out and replaced with a card that will end up being more useful (duh). Something like Palkia Lv X would be pretty good in here, seeing as how whatever your opponent brings up when you use its power you will be able to move energy to and attack with.

I sadly have only a promo Palkia lv.X.
    Any other suggestions?

That confuses me a bit. You are saying I should play Warp Point first or something along those things, before using Restructure!?

No, when using Restructure you and your opponent both choose a benched Pokemon to bring up, so whatever they choose to bring up will be fine because you can move energy to it with Swampert.

    Okay, I'm editing the list.
Now only find another tin for a cheap Palkia lv.X.
