Nice way to make it balanced with the mega rule also is the pink face on mawile a fairy typing or just a typo

good job again I do think Mega absol is a bit weak and should have the nasty plot reworded
and does guardian come before or after weakness?
 
After, just like an Eviolite, but I'll add it in the text. But I really don't think it's to weak. It's no good as a standalone Pokemon, but combined with a damage spreader it could be terrifying.

Mega Mirror - Tool
The Pokemon this card is attached to has any damage on it, Remove damage and place on opponent's active pokemon up to 10 HP left on that Pokemon.


Motorcycle - Tool
The Pokemon Motorcycle is attached to has free retreat cost. Flip a coin if heads your opponent flips two coins to attack. If both are heads the attack goes though. if both tails the attacking pokemon takes the damage.


Mega Emboar- HP 180
Stage 2 - Evolves from Pignite.

Lava Flow - 100+

Flame Punch Flip three coins. Attack does 20 damage for each heads.

Lave Flow does 100 damage to active Pokemon and 40 damaged to all benched pokemon.(Do not apply Resistance or weakness)

The HP levels are nice on mega emboar you do not show energy costs are all the attacks free?
Mega baltoys ability should be changed to prevent all damage done by attacks that way abilitys and conditions can still inflict damage with that powerful ability I would add one more energy needed for the attack also on mega emboar does it do 40 to your Pokemon too or just your opponents
 
I personally see Mega Pokemon cards to be more like Lvl X's type of card.

well then make them that way show how YOU would make the mega cards introduce new features and make sure that balance is in every card you make
