Dunno what the standard Milotic moveset is, but I've been tossing this general idea of an annoyer around for a while now and I wanna know what people think of it.

Recover
Attract
Ice Beam

Mostly it's the moveset I've been tossing around, but generally what do you think would work the best in terms of personality and EV distribution?

for annoyance, dt is always good.

EV distirbution, go with max speed and distirbute the rest between special attack and special defense. Personality?

You're not using attack, and speed is always fun.

I use Mirror coat on my Milotic considering is vunerability to special attacks, but I find it doesn't stand up to more than one such attack often :-/

So I've been rethinking my Milotic. The annoyer moveset was one I was looking at.

milotic is pretty vaulnerable to attack. period. But that doesn't mean you can't take advantage of the strength's that it does have.
