Day Before:
I get up take a shower. Start testing a few games with my brothers thinking on what to play because I had choices and I can't decide at all. After testing about 7-8 games I decided to try out Quad Terrakion variant with techs. So I get to the hotel meet up with some friends and start testing in the lobby with some good results. However when I went to go to my room I knew I couldn't rely on a non-energy acceleration deck and decided I have to play something different because Darkrai was heavily played and I didn't want to have a bad matchup. I thought to decide day of because I was just too tired
Day 1 Nationals
I get up at 7. Take a shower eat go and see my options. I see I can either play Accelgor, Troll, Quad Terrakion variant or Zekeel. I thought if I made a some what a decent list I should do alright. So I text my buddy Rob to ask what he's thinking and he suggests 3 Zekrom 2 Terrakion with 1 Mewtwo similar to what he played during a BR which turned out decent for him. So I decided to play that however teched in a shaymin and took out DCE's and put in a Raikou EX for those Plume matchups and let me tell you it was definately worth it aha. So I get down stairs register and await for the round to begin!
Round 1: Kayla L (CMT)
I get donked. :'[

However repairing happens and I am glad that it might have just saved me from doing bad from nats. And looks like I get a bye so I turn out to be 1-0. Lucky break for me

Round 2: Kayla L (CMT)
This time I don't get donked aha. So I lead with zekrom to her celebi. She goes first. DCE and kills tynamo. Level ball and dual ball for 3 Tynamo then Juniper away 4 lighting energies which was decent hand. I pass. She couldn't get a catcher so benched down celebi, tornadus and smeargle. I top deck a dual ball use it get a heads and find out that my only mewtwo is prized -.- So I grab the Shaymin. I level ball and junk for level ball and grab the 2 eels I dynamotor twice to bench shaymin the energies to zekrom. catcher the celebii attach to shaymin and take my first prize and no mewtwo still. We pretty much traded back and forth until it was 3-2 I was behind. She had 2 Mewtwos with 2 energies each and a smeargle benched. I have smeargle active with energy. I dual ball get a heads see what I can possibly do and realize that I play Raikou so I search for it. double dynmotor attach. retreat and boltvolt to kill smeagle and FINALLY get my mewtwo. She doesn't N and I mewtwo double dyno and PP for game. GG

Round 3: Harrison D (Darkrai Terrakion)
He gets a T2 Night spear on my tynamo kills it and 30's to my other i'm able to get the fighting energy and terrakion and pretty much sweep with terrakion until he finally KO's it. But I take the last prize with Raikoou EX

Round 4: Jack P (Zekeel)
I start off ok while he starts pretty bad. He mewtwo energies passes I get my tynamo's attach to zekrom then pass. He top decks a supporter. Manages to get smeargle and tynamo out and retreats to portrait for juniper. Then from there all I remember is that we traded back and forth for prizes until it was 1-1 I try to waste all my trainers such as level ball, dual ball, because I anticipated that N. But he doesn't get it but he catchers my eel and attacks. I switch and top deck catcher for game. GG man

T3 he gets 3 Darkrais all fully charged with eviolites I just get steamrolled GG!

Round 6: Kenen S (Darkrai Terrakion)
He gets T2 Darkrai and starts taking early prizes. He's up by 3 by the time I hit that Terrakion and that terrakion killed 2 Darkrai's. So I believe I also kill a Smeargle? I can't really remember. But the game was down to a shaymin to move energies for game and surely enough I hit it off Juniper GG

I hand my deck in and I go to swiss chalet have some delicious dinner with my bro's and head to 12th floor to test. Robert M and April H come into the room to test for VGC and we had a blast! We just met and became good friends aha we had a blast with some other people too and realized 3 hours went by pretty fast. So I get to my room and fall asleep for the next day!
Day 2: Top Cut
I get up take shower and go down to finish some stuff on my DS to also prepare for the VGC. So I play a fun game and beat this guy pretty bad with my Zapdos (hidden power ice pretty much took his whole team LOL) The top cut for seniors and Juniors get called in and seated and we prepare to cut!

Joey G (Klingklang Vileplume and friends)
Game 1: He starts of Kyurem to my Zekrom I get dual ball search for spark tynamo catcher his oddish and spark. I believe he attaches and passes. I spark against. then he retreats and rainbows to outrage kill my tynamo. So I knew I was in solid position because he can't twins. So I load up a Zekrom and start bolt striking. By t4 or 5 he gets his plume and klang out but I was ahead by 3 at the time and prizes were at 2/4. He kills my zekrom with darkrai. I prmote smeargle with energy I PONT get that terrakion and fighting energy with dynomotor for game. GG

Game 2: He gets T3 Klingklang but no plume till like T5. I was able to land a bolt strike and spark before hand on the klingklang. So once he got setup with his attackers. I was able to take his klingklang out of the field with spark from a tynamo. Then we he was able to tie it back. I took one by mewtwo. he killed my mewtwo with his own. Now its 1-1 my smeargles active. I bench Raikou. attach double dynomotor and retreat and snipe plume for 100. he N's and x balls me for 40.I really need a Shaymin to win me the game here. I double dynmo and pass. He x balls. I attach pass. He x balls again. I PONT whiff the shaymin and pray he doesn't have the energy and he doesn't so he x balls. I juniper for game GG!

Game 1: I couldn't get a single lighting energy in discard pile so he just rolled through me and oh yeah couldn't get mewtwo out at all.. to kill his.

Game 2: Much different I get an alright set up enough to pretty much steam roll through his deck with Zekroms and Mewtwo with like dozens of energy GG

Game 3: We are at 5-4 i'm down and he slow plays and time gets called GAHH. he takes prize for 1. so 5-3. I kill his mewtwo so its 3-3. He takes prize off EEL its 3-2 AND TOP DECKS the max potion when he only had one left in his 20 card deck to heal his entei EX back to full HP :nonono::nonono:. I was off by a DCE (or shaymin cause I play no DCE) to kill his evilolited entei:nonono:. But if we had more time I had this match in the BAG! so I lost

I finished 4th got an invite, trophy and box. Also I wish my parents would actually let me go to worlds but I can't unless I magically get over a $1000 -.-
