    2 Nidoran M
    1 Nidorino
    2 Nidoking
    1 Abra
    1 Alakazam
    2 Porygon
    2 Porygon 2

    4 Candy
    1 Switch
    1 Warp point
    1 Phoebes
    1 Lake Boundary
    3 Scott

    1 Strength charm
    2 Copycat

This deck seems to be well constructed.

Monarchy is not a deck who can win tournaments easly ( you know why ), but is a cool deck. I personaley like to play that.
