Made a bunch of changes to this one, too, and here's what I came up with. As always, comments, suggestions, and fixes (based on this latest version) would be appreciated. Please do not suggest Gardevoir ex -- I don't have any, nor do I really want any here (it's the rogue in me). If you want to suggest cards to add in (and I hope some of you will), PLEASE also suggest what to take out for them.

2 Wobbuffet (SS)

Notes: With the changes I made, not only is Gardevoir probably just a little more likely to show up than it was in the last version (due to the 4th Ralts), but my Supporter count is down to 8! In such a Supporter-heavy format, that's pretty wierd, especially since this isn't an Armaldo deck. I figured that, since my Supporter count is so low now, and most decks in E-on aren't, I'd add in Ancient Ruins for a little more draw power. I also still have only one Pokemon-ex (Chansey), so Wobbuffet's not as troublesome as it is for a Gardevoir/Gardevoir ex deck. Strange things to be proud of, but I think they're good things.
Main strategy is still the same as the last version. For those who don't want to look for that post, here is the basic idea. Gardevoir should come out, preferably on the bench, as soon as possible. Gardevoir's Psy Shadow is used to power up my Pokemon quickly. Main attacker is Espeon, with Wobbuffet as backup, Chansey ex as cleaner/anti-Dark (although its main job is actually healing), and Gardevoir as a late game attacker.
Trainers should be more or less obvious, but I'll explain anyway. Ancient Ruins, the newcomer, is card drawing (perhaps the only non-Supporter drawing in the format). Draw/hand changing is also provided by Copycat and Juggler. Moo-Moo Milks help out after a Psy Shadow or two. Rare Candy and Star Piece are evolution assistance, especially (in the case of Star Piece) when combo'd with a Psy Shadow. Switch is obviously for changing my Active. Energy Restore, Power Charge, and Town Volunteers help get cards out of the discard pile. Oracle is deck search. Actually, it even combos with Ancient Ruins, to let me draw both cards on the next turn if I have no other Supporters in my hand.
Boost Energy can help Espeon attack quickly, or can basically act as a triple PlusPower for Gardevoir. If absolutely necessary, I can use Boost on Wobbuffet, but I'd call that an emergency situation. The low Energy count shouldn't be a problem -- Energy disruption is not popular in E-on (although it is available), and this deck's Retreat and attack costs are all pretty cheap (my most expensive attacks cost (P):colorless :colorless, and other than Chansey ex [3], Wobbuffet [2] and Gardevoir [2], my Retreat Costs are all 1).
