rocket fist you are making the attack do 30-100, or 120 that isn't doing a great idea

I can get the picture of a card if somebody can tell me how to make card fakies and yes, Watter does have arms and he has a plug-tail coming from the bottom of him.

and rocket fist doesn't do 100-120 damage, it just does 60 if the defending pokemon is :colorless type not 40 + 60, just 60

also, (for those who don't know) a watt is the strength of electricity

Recharge does not go on a Stage 2. It is a Basic attack.

Tail plugs for the final stage? why you should have a attack that needs 2 or 3 energy instead (that may pull energy) and have that fill until you can use the power attack makes it more reasonable

What I meant was, Recharge/Tail Plugs isn't good enough to deserve to be on a Stage 2.

Could you have more creative names? You just keep adding, and Watter seems to much like Water, so it could be confusing...

Try using things other than giant light bulbs. Maybe a lamp, a nightlight, a chandelier, a streetlight...
