I had to re-post this because I was asked to provide full deck lists.
My friends and I came up with format where we will only play cards from the Base, Jungle, Fossil and Rocket sets and we will be using 30 cards in our decks and it has to be dedicated to a particular energy. In addition, since our decks will only contain 30 cards we are limiting Trainer cards to a maximum of 2 of each instead of 4 (except pkm breeder and mysterious fossil). I am trying to come with the deck lists, but I would appreciate some help optimizing them. Please advise. We decided to allow Lightning to have Aerodactyl because we don't think there are other strong lightning Pokemons in these sets. This is what we have so far, we just need help optimizing each 30-card deck:
