Have you EV trained yet? And, what level is Kyurem?

I have given it vitamins. It is level 100.

10 to each stat. That is why the Hp is so high, as well as its special attack stat.

Use the EV reducing berries to get Kyruem back to 0 EV's used. Once you do this, you will be able to re-EV train it better with way better results.

You can also use feathers, and you can boost EV's with Union Ave. from the shop.

Invest 252 EV's into Special Attack, and you will need to decide as to were else you would like to invest the rest of the EV's. Since it is not legal for tourney play, you will need to choose where to invest that will fit into your team. If it is metagame- then I can better advice as to ho t finish the build.
