I've been away from Pokemon for a while, and I was just wondering what the new format is. I kind of searched before I came here, and people are talking about E-On. Is that Expedition and every set after that, or what?

Yes, it's Expidition and all sets after it, also, none of the WotC promo cards are allowed.
