Sony didn't make the .hack// series. .hack// is owned by Bandai-Namco and devolved by CyberConnect2. Incidentally, the link I posted before is also developed by CyberConnect2 (The Narultimate/Ultimate Ninja series is the only other series they develop) and published by Bandai-Namco.
 
The PS3 has had problems with it since they day it came out. X-box 360 hasn't been problem free though. I've seen several articles saying the failure rate for could be as high as 30%. source
The wii has had it's problems with the controller (strap breaking and the wiimote flying into tv's) but the Nintendo support has been great. First they mailed out new straps to everyone. (granted this was only to avoid a lawsuit) Then about a year after the wii came out the gave ALL Wii owners this silicone case for the wiimote.

I hate PS3, and it pains me so much that I have to buy one sometime moderately soon...
But I gotta have my Shadow of the Colossus II, Kingdom Hearts 3 (rumored to be on 360 as well), God of War 3, and FFXIII VS...
 
For me it's Wii>Ps3>Xboxpleasefixme

I havn't really seen many problems about the Ps3, it's just sorta gentle. And Ps3 has a a fair amount of titles I would enjoy playing. Xboxpleasefixme, the games it has doesn't really interest me, and the games it does, is for the Ps3 also lol. Plus Red ring of death? No thanks. Heard you could get a xbox360 that won't get the red ring, but it has less memory holding.
 
I rather enjoy my 360, but I got the extended warranty so I can just drive it back to the store whenever I need a replacement, which I've already done once. I actually play it more than my wii. You really need to have a taste for shooters to like it, though, because 90 percent of the good games on the 360 are exactly that. I can probably say the same for the PS3, though.
 
But if you wanna choose between xbox and ps3 the thing that you have to consider is the games.

The xbox has lots of FPS, so if you like them choose xbox.

Ps3 has lots of action and it also has some cool exclusives.
 
the wii is beast, and i heard that one of my friends got a PS3, and i broke the 2 day, with no refunds. waist of money.
 
If your friend broke the ps3 by making it drop or something like that it was his fault.
And i think everyone here knows about the red ring of death, well that ACTUALLY made the x360 famous.
I think that 50% of people who posess x360 have replaced their unit at least once.
PS3 break downs are quiet rare.
 
No it's not a joke, PS3's don't break down that often. I'm pretty sure there's more problems getting brawl to run on wiis than PS3 breakdowns.
 
I was joking saying it was a joke, hence the smilies. :rolleyes:And there aren't problems I know of getting brawl to run, but I don't know much.:lol:

lol 360 has all the good cross-platform games as well (obviously) many of its good exclusives are indeed shooters, but how can PS3 beat Kameo, Fable 2, Ninja Gaiden II, etc. not to mention countless arcade games and an online service that's unbeatable.
 
I feel bad for you...
Only reasons PS3 is selling is for Blueray.
Here is how I see it in two ways.

Regular uses: Wii>DS>Xbox360>PSP>PS2>PS3

Homebrew:DS>PSP>XBOX>PSP>PS3>360

as you can see Sony stinks with this gen console Nintendo rules and Microsoft is ok.

You can't say X is < Y and so on, without having some criteria for saying so. I'd love to see why the DS and wii are more favored than the 360.
 
Since people aren't capable of giving intelligent reasons, there's no point to this thread anymore.
