Energy:

15x Basic Dark

Strategy:

Turn one Ratatta. Get Sneasel onto the Bench with some Trainer work. Turn two evolve into Raticate, evolve your Benched Sneasel into Weavile (Water). You should have Darkrai and another Sneasel on the Bench. Switch to Weavile (Water) and attack with 2 Dark onto the benched Sneasel. Next turn, evolve your Two-energy Sneasel into Weavile (Dark), switch to Active, and start loading up your Benched Pokemon with Dark Energy. You should now have Darkrai Lvl. X, Raticate, and Water Weavile on your Bench. Pop an Amulet Coin on your Active Weavile for an extra card every turn, and use Darkrai's (Lvl. X) Pokebody for additional damage through Weavile. Power up another Dark Weavile in case things get hairy. Worse comes to worse, use your Raticate, make it Dark Type with Weavile's (Water) Pokepower, use Darkrai Lvl. X's effect on it, and smash away. Use Mars and Looker to mess up your Opponent's hand if you feel sneaky.

You really need trainer lock in unlimited format because of the combination energy removal and junk arm.
